The screen protector arrived on time and fits on perfectly to the HTC Hero Screen without affecting touch screen usability. This product comes with two screen protectors, was pleasantly suprised with that.

Mostly effective

There’s not much you can say about a screen protector, but this: It’s easy to apply, and it does reduce the number of fingertip smudges you get on the screen. The downside is that I’m finding the touch-screen less responsive. It still works, you just sometimes find it misses your instructions, or needs a slightly firmer press, than it did without the protector. Four stars because it does its job: you don’t have to wipe it clean every few minutes.

The product is good value for money if it was working. The protector cannot be used since – the sticker that should be released last – cannot be released.

You need two for a reason!

Right, first off - if you haven't got something like this on your hero then you need to buy one right now!

In this pack you get two, trust me you NEED two!

They're not the easiest of things to get on 100% perfect and this is why you need two. Second time around it's a lot better, take the first one as a practice run. Oh and putting them on horizontally seems to give you a better result for some odd reason.

Not cheap but I've seen them cost more just for ONE!

Does The Job

I bought this in conjunction with a screen protector and I now have total protection for my G1. There are some sharp edges to the plastic which I had to remove, other than that this is a fine product that does what it says on the tin. Great access to all function buttons, however, access to the port at the base where the lead or charger is inserted is a little tricky to use as the existing cover causes problems. All in all A good product, it does occasionally knock the z, s, w or 2 buttons upon opening.

Good screen cover

Does what it says on the box. Fits perfectly and easily without any air bubbles even after I took it off once to reposition it. Does not hinder the touch sensitivity of the screen and has already saved mine from a serious of scratches and knocks.

I recommend this product. Most of the time I forget that I’ve even got a screen protector on! Does the job really well, with virtually no loss of screen sensitivity to touch. Just one thing – you get 12 in a packet but you probably aren’t going to use more than one!

These screen protectors are brilliant. I’ve been using my Hero without a screen protector for a few weeks. Now i’m using one, i can’t tell the difference. Definitely worth it. I had a little bit of trouble peeling the stickers but they’re not necessary. You can just peel the plastic back yourself

Poor quality

The screen protectors offer virtually no scratch resistance. They scratch even with a finger nail. They are fine if you are using them for temporary use or if you dont mind your phone looking scratched. This isn’t an alternative to the more expensive protectors that offer similar performance to the actual phone screen but fine if you are only using them for a day or two. I will be keeping these for festivals etc as they do protect the actual screen, they just look a mess in an instance and offer little scratch resistance.
